Maintenance service

▶ The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of purchase;
▶ During the warranty period, the fault occurred under the condition of normal use and maintenance, the company will repair for you free of charge;
▶ The warranty card will take effect only after it is completed and sealed by the dealer;
▶ During the warranty period, the warranty card is required to ensure the warranty;
▶ If the warranty card is lost, it will not be replaced;
▶ During the warranty period, the following conditions are not free of charge, but can be charged for repair:
1. The warranty card cannot be presented, or the warranty card is incomplete;
2, due to improper use, improper maintenance, self-modification caused by damage;
3. Oxidation, acidification, natural discoloration and fading of the product;
4, replace consumable products, such as: rubber pad (ring), cork, felt, rope, reed, etc.;
5. Musical Instruments not repaired by the company or the repair shop not designated by the company;
6. Damage caused by force majeure.
